Hot water (95–100°C / 203–212°F)

1. Rinse the leaves (important)
– Pour hot water over the tea leaves, swirl for 5–10 seconds, then discard.
– This “wakes up” the leaves and removes dust.
2. Steep the tea
– Add hot water again (95–100°C / just boiled).
– First brew: Steep for 10–30 seconds
– Next brews: Steep longer each time (up to 2–3 minutes)
